Shahid Kapoor's finest performance in the past has been in Vishal Bhardwaj's 'Kaminey'. The actor and director have once again come together in Vishal's 'Haider', an adaptation of Shakespeare's toughest play 'Hamlet'. Shahid has four distinct looks in the film. The social media has been abuzz with speculation for several days now about Shahid going bald.

We are the first to tell you that while Shahid will be turning totally bald a little later, for now, he had his favourite hair dresser Aalim Hakim fly down from Mumbai to give him a buzz cut. This will be the first film in which Shahid, who usually sports straight, long tresses, will have such short hair. Shahid is a thorough actor much like his acclaimed father, Pankaj Kapur, who will go any distance for a role. As soon as he heard the script, Shahid understood the need to go bald for a single scene, even though it means that post the film, he will need to sit at home for two months to grow his hair back.
